Baker Construction &
Development has successfully designed and built over 90 residential and
light commercial projects with our design associate, Jim Lovell of
Airmail Drafting Services. Also available on our design &
production team is Interior Designer Michelle Blemel of Amberleaf Designs. We also have several structural & civil
engineers with whom we work with on a regular basis.

Design-Build projects.
The principal advantage of Design-Build concept are:
- The contractor's input from the beginning facilitates
designing to a budget and offers multiple opportunities to consider
practical alternatives and optional enhancements.
- Project schedule and quality are enhanced. By the time the
plans are completed the contractor is already thoroughly familiar with
the project, permits are already processed and preliminaries under way.
- "Gray Area" between responsibility of architect and
contractor is all but eliminated.
